Good message, Annabel! I'm hoping to make 2011 the year I prove ME wrong.

Well, part of me. That little part that's always going 'Think YOU can do that, do ya?' and 'No point even trying, Baby.'

My slogan for this New Year: 'TOLD you I could do it! Na, na na nya!'

:)

Brilliant and perfect 2011 slogan, Jane. You're so right that it's often the voice in our own head that holds us back. Go for it, Petal! xx

Yes, I think this is a wonderful challenge for 2011. In my case the last two years have been times of uncertainty about what to throw myself into, but I can hardly wait to get into 2011 to start the 'throwing'. Thanks for these examples: they make me think, if they could manage THOSE massive challenges, my little ones are not so daunting!

I love this image of you "throwing" yourself into your new challenges. It also conjures up an image of throwing pots on a wheel ... creating something exciting and unexpected out of just a lump of clay. Endless possibilities...

Great message Annabel:) I also loved your latest coaching tip for upside down goal setting - imagine yourself at the end of 2011 having achieved them all. Did you also see the recent horizon programme about reality and parallel worlds? I just love the idea of creating as many versions of my perfect life as possible - since are all running at the same time. Then I will choose which one to have in this reality!

Thanks for the feedback, Sophie. I like your Pick 'n' Mix approach to creating your perfect life. Which version will it be this week/month/year?!
